• feasibility design - produced in line with client briefs and enhanced to create the best suitable layout to meet your requirements. We help you get a better understanding of the designs in a 2D and 3D format.

• Planning submission packs - drawing packs for planning permission are submitted with relevant planning applications and information. We liaise with the planning officers, helping you gain a positive agreement.    

• Building Regulations drawing pack - a technical drawing pack is produced to gain building regulations approval. We liaise with the building control officers to ensure all works are compliant.
